Mr. Abu Salifu is a Snr. Population Officer and head of the National Population Council for the Upper West Region of Ghana. His main competencies are in Advocacy, data analysis and interpretation and interpersonal relationship.
As the regional head, his office have been able to organize world population day celebrations and also eight radio talk shows on the need for small family sizes (FP).
